What to do with keyword-rich domains relating to my business?
- 13-08-2010

Happy Friday everyone, Just purchased 30+ keyword-friendly domains that relate directly to my business. I'm getting a lot of mixed feedback what to do with them. The SEO firms I work with are split - one says "just 301 them and you're fine." Another says, "it must have unique content or you face penalties ranging from PageRank loss to sandbox to banning." It's the same among SEO industry experts. One of the industry's top leaders says "buy all the KW domains you want and 301 them to your heart's content. There's nothing wrong with it. Another lesser-known leader said "you need at least one page of strong unique content which you can then link back to your main site. Even then, it may not be enough for Google to penalize you." Anybody have the best answer (or the closest to it)? I've already 301'd the typical misspelling's of my company's name. I'm fairly certain that's a safe practice. But how do I leverage these powerful keyword domains with the most white hat methodology possible? Thanks! -SG
